In 2001, Tim and Jan Mason had a vision to open their own real estate company. Tim had the experience; eleven years in real estate, 9 as co-owner. Tim and Jan wanted to employ the best agents, with the best attitude and a personal passion to provide the very best in customer service. So the Masons opened the doors of Midwest Real Estate & Appraisal Group, an independent real estate company serving south western Indiana.

After an extensive search for a national company that shared their vision and values, Tim and Jan opened their doors in 2002 as a RE/MAX franchise.  RE/MAX Midwest Real Estate & Appraisal Group, where service is top priority; providing the agents better tools and services and giving a competitive edge in the real estate environment.

In August of 2010, they opened the doors of a second location.  Again, almost instantly, began to achieve the goals and aspiration they had for our agents and most importantly for the customers.
